"007-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm" has a conflict with several Porteus native software

I tried to put both modules "007-printing-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm" and "007-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm" into Porteus-XFCE-v4.0-x86_64 USB drive, and I can confirm the latter is the one that disables a few preinstalled software on Porteus.

The software I tried were Mousepad and the search function on Thunar file manager, there could be more issues for all I know.

(Notice how the Wi-Fi icon on the top right is gone, so I can't connect to the internet either)

Once I removed the module from my USB drive (007-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm):

(The Wi-Fi icon is also back)

I assume it's because some libs on the printing dependencies module are having a conflict with Porteus native lib files.

I tested this on 2 computers and 2 different USB drives, everything was always the same (software not working with the module on the USB drive) which is how I managed to boil down the issue to this specific module.

The module I used was from this website: http://ftp.vim.org/ftp/os/Linux/distr/p ... t/modules/, I can't try any of the other mirrors because my internet is currently limited, if someone could replicate this issue with the 007-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm module on the previous link (and the mirrors in other websites), or even other Desktop Enviroments for that module (LXDE, LXQt, Openbox) would be great.

If the problem still persist, I image the module needs to be created again, with libs that don't have a conflict with Porteus (XFCE for all I know) native lib files.

Good day to you Blaze, thank you for your reply!

I renamed "007-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm" to "07-printing-xfce-lxde-lxqt-ob-deps-x86_64-x86_64-2018-04-21.xzm" and that worked flawlessly, mousepad and gnome-search-tool worked and Wi-Fi icon was there.

Is there any reason why these files aren't named "07" before downloading them (on the download page)? Why are they uploaded as "007"? Thank you in advance!

An excellent question. :happy62: Or renamed in the folder since they cause problems with the 007 prefix.
