That's a different problem raja. You need to change the mirror you are using for slackwarepatches.
/etc/usm/mirrors-slackwarepatches.txt
Check out the sesm.sh script here. [INFO & SCRIPT] Slackware Mirror Settings for USM

Pl explain "done" for few files. No problem for those in the mirror.
This is happening only recently for me. I have built few modules without altering any mirror.
Normally I don't update database, frequently. I use a usm-data module built and placed in modules directory., once a month.
Even yesterday i made three programs, all video editors, successfully.

raja some databases have many many mirrors and just because one is having a problem doesn't mean they all are. The same with the USM databases, there are quite a few and just because one is having a problem it doesn't mean they all are.
For the slackwarepackages database problem adjusting it's mirror file is an easy fix. Unfortunately for the alien database it has only one mirror.
And just because a database fails it doesn't mean packages that don't use files from the failing database can't be made.
You should consider running the sesm.sh script. It automatically tests every mirror and tweaks each database's mirror file to use the fastest mirror. You could find it speeds up your USM updates significantly.
