HPLIP can't open toolbox

hello,
I installed all these packages
hplip-3.10.2-x86_64-2.txz
PyQt-4.7.3-x86_64-1.txz
net-snmp-5.5-x86_64-2.txz
sip-4.10.2-x86_64-1.txz
dbus-python-0.83.1-x86_64-1.txz
then, 'hp-setup' work fine and i can add my printer and scanner .....but i can not open 'hp-toolbox' to check quantity of ink, or change settings.
