XFCE 4.16 - Desktop icons cut off after screen rotation

System:aka XFCE 4.16.
When rotating the screen to the left, the icons get re-arranged.
See screenshot 1 ("not cut off")
But when rotating back to "normal" the icon layout stays the same and thus the icons on the bottom are all cut off:
I hope this will get fixed ASAP.
