SanDisk use to make U3 USB drives but stopped making them about 5 yrs ago. The flash drives actually had 2 drives, one acted as a CD drive, which could be set up to auto-run, and the other drive was FAT32 for files. If security was not enabled the 2nd drive was inaccessible until the 1st drive ran and the password entered.
I liked the concept and in fact still have 2 of them. Unfortunately the security was about as good as that on an iPhone.
Some people tried to customize the software on the CD drive which I think is what your link refers to. Personally I never found a need to.

These U3 USB devices were one of the biggest security risks ever. After some time virus writers figured out how to autorun their art. Was working in an internet kiosk at the time which allowed USB devices to be plugged in. Nightmare.
