[SOLVED][porteus-kiosk 4.9.0] Can't update Chrome (pop-up window)

Some time after installing Porteus-Kiosk 4.9.0 with Chrome (--kiosk-mode) on a kiosk system,
while running our web application, the browser pops up a little window with
Can't update Chrome

Chrome couldn't update to the latest
version, so you're missing out on new
features and security fixes.

[Reinstall Chrome]
Not good for a kiosk/signage system. Any idea how to get rid of that message?

We want to use Chrome because of its good JavaScript performance.
Our systems will work inside a closed network and exclusively talk to an internal server.
There is no Internet connection, i.e. there should be no security risk if the browser is not updated regularly.

The solution is to download a fresh porteus-kiosk 4.9.0 ISO file. (The ISO file was replaced with a patched/fixed build around 2019-11-01.)
