Boot loader broken after burning to USB

Post#1 by tim.wiot » 09 Apr 2015, 04:04

After going through the wizard and burning a kiosk 3.3 image to USB this is the result I get. Have tried two different USB drives. 3.1 works fine.

never seen such behavior before ... - was the ISO modified in any way?
whats the RAM available on this PC? could you install the same ISO on virtual hard drive in VirtualBox?

thanks

It's the stock ISO not modified in any way but it's not the installer that's the issue. Used both DD in Porteus and Win32DiskImager on Win 8 64 bit to dump the ISO to a USB. Runs fine on the machine (Dell e5400, 2GB or RAM). Will try another machine.
