I am new to linux, so apologies if this is a stupid question. I am running Ubuntu 13.10 and trying to use the kiosk wizard tool. I have run the script in terminal but can only get as far as an error message saying that an internet connection is required to download components. My computer is connected to the internet via LAN and the internet is working. How can i get the wizard to detect my connection please?

The wizard uses a simple wget check to see if the server that contains the files required is working. It may be that the kiosk server wasn't available at the time you ran the wizard. Please wait a bit and run it again to be sure. Let us know if you still can't get it to run.
