screensaver video black screen

Bonjour à tous,
impossible de lancer le screensaver vidéo j'obtiens systématiquement un écran noir, des que je bouge la souris cela revient sur la home page.
J'ai pensé à un problème de résolution, pas ça.. a un problème d'encodage MP4 pas ça..

Y a-t-il un paramètre particulier... je suis sur un zotac i5 avec cg intégré Intel, il me semble.
merci d'avance si quelqu'un a une solution.

Please ensure that URL to the video file is correct (open it in the browser on the kiosk side).

Good morning,
it is the case I open the video from the browser without problem.
I thought of a resolution problem. so I changed the screen to a bigger one.. a smaller one.. same problem.

problem solved! export default on premiere pro.
