Firstly, a BIG thanks to the creators and maintainers of Porteus and its editions, your work is very much appreciated.
I have searched the parameters to change the time format from 24hr to 12hr for my kiosk configuration file. Pardon my ignorance, but it doesn't seem to exist. If it does, could a kind person point me in the right direction?
I am setting the time zone with:
timezone=Australia/Melbourne
and i wish there were a 'timeformat' parameter. It would then look like this:
timeformat=12hr
or
timeformat=24hr
Is this possible? or, moderator please bump this, should this be a feature request?
Thanking you.

Re: kiosk config parameter for 12 hour time format?
Hello ch4lk,
It would require system localization (glibc) i believe. Lot of hassle for the maintainers and small gain for the project (you are first person asking for this feature).
Customized build is the only option i'm afraid:

Thanks

No worries, thanks for the reply. I think the vast majority of students can distinguish between morning and afternoon
