Hey Ahau Does it also pick up the desktop files in the kde directory? as was no but I added kde now it was more work because the path changes for kde *desktops I modified the code for kde but now I have two viewers one for kde and one for the standard location so I have to figure out a toggle button...

for Porteus these are good choices Kde-3 Trinity Lxde Xfce I dont agree with building a distro around a desktop though (testing this way is fine and welcomed ) meaning that it should be able to be added on as a package(s) /modules so as not to fork the main distro we just have a few developers lets ...
