Scanning module

Les développeurs y travaillent depuis avant les fêtes. Si ça débloque, rc pourrait arriver d'une semaine à l'autre. :happy62:

Without sandbox is not an issue, unless it is one. What does it do to your knowledge? I never got a satisfactory answer about the role of the sandbox.

For the record, I use:

Code: Select all

root@porteus:~# /usr/bin/google-chrome-stable --no-sandbox

snapd on nemesis

It was for Kulle, and some curiosity from my part. This means that it will work with aporteus of neko maybe. In fact, I am not even able to get it going in manjaro. snapd calls for AUR package.
Thanks.

snapd on nemesis

snapd review: https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2016/06/goodbye-apt-and-yum-ubuntus-snap-apps-are-coming-to-distros-everywhere/ To be able to work with snapd Apparmor seems to be needed. Is it possible that it is not into the porteus kernel? To test if AppArmor has been correctly enable...

su -c /usr/bin/google-chrome-stable guest command will work at first instance or bootup of the browser, but not then. Here are the output messages. Maybe you will have a cue about the why it will not boot after first bootup. root@porteus:~# su -c /usr/bin/google-chrome-stable guest [2720:2720:0414/...

Longue vie! :)

Changing partitions r/w access on a usb

Hello beny. It was not there in the begining and as a root user it is frankly not my style. I think it became read-only because of corrupt files from the output that I provided above.
Santé!
