ArchLinux packages manager for Porteus

Thank you for your great contribution, neko I'm trying to build imagemagick and doublecmd modules with no luck. I think imagemagick is missing some parts, and doublecmd fails are python related. Python output at command line is not working. Will try to reproduce your build and see what happens.

Running script upon module activation SYSTEMD

Thank you ncmprhnsbl
I will investigate from your links, and taking examples of /usr/lib/systemd/system in my XFCE Manjaro install

I'm trying to set some gsettings and update caches whenever a module gets activated.

Been reading this: Re: Module Creation: Best Practices (Post by brokenman #45990) by @brokenman https://forum.porteus.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=4719&p=36659#p34124 by @Bogomips The question is, would this feature work under a APORTEUS build of @ neko ? How to update Firefox

My apologies for the late reply, Ed_p . I've been very busy at work and at home, thanks to Neko builds of Budgie :D Explanation: XZ_OPT=e9 tells to use maximum rate compression. XZ_OPT=d is the switch to decompress data. xz is a compression algorithm that doesn't know about filesystem, hence, tar is...

ArchLinux packages manager for Porteus

Thanks again neko , I've being trying to get zenity package, but I ended with 163 packages and some 140 Mb  Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Zenity would serve as interface to some of your scripts (dXZM and mkXMZ for example). Nautilus actions can be saved as bash scripts in the user path: ~/...

I'm in love with aporteus budgie! :worship: :Bravo: I would like to ask you if there is a way to update the packages (and the modules) from the bash terminal. I have tried the Archlinux SPM commands, but I'm a ...

First contribution  I have 2 lines in a text file (pretty sure it can be scripted somehow): Check latest known version branch: curl http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ | grep 55 Then, from the results, subversion can be retrieved. In this case, is 55.0.3 so... wget https://ftp.mozilla...
