homepage with multiple tabs doesn't work
Just verified and use of the pipe does work. My issue was due to one of the above-mentioned issues that was blocking the home page from loading, not from the URL or the pipe.

homepage with multiple tabs doesn't work
After further testing the second URL does work. During testing the web hosting ModSecurity was flagging my IP as a robot and blocking me. The hosting company modified the ModSecurity and I am able to load using homepage=https://okemospres.org/signup . Possibly the incorrect whitelist/firewall settin...

I made remote changes, and even reloaded in a browser to make sure that the web server was not caching, but when retesting the configuration file, the displayed configuration did not update. I was...

time zone issue
Yes, the configuration by fanthom in #3 does work for me. However, I decided to let Porteus-Kiosk reset the BIOS time, because either way, I need to reset the boot time when our local time changes.

Thank you. It may be just as easy for me to work with GMT, because with either setting I would need to make an adjustment when our local daylight savings time changes. It is OK for me to work with GMT. I was very confused when the BIOS time was changing. But now that I understand that this is intend...

setup hangs downloading java.xzm
I am having an issue getting the installation to work successfully with java. After the wizard runs, I have indicated to add flash and java. Flash downloads fine, Java downloads to 98% and then hangs. The download process is slow because I am on a 1.5Mbps DSL line. I reproduced this three times (sor...

I configure Porteus to use timezone=America/Detroit and load from saved file and burn to drive. After Porteus 4.4.0 boots, the bios time is shifted forward...
