neko, I'm using your kernel 5.4 RC2 and I've just checked: I can load a XZM module after boot and it works just fine. But you said 5.4 RC2 doesn't have AUFS patch, didn't you?

Usually Porteus has Samba working, so you should see Windows networks. Regarding SFTP, yes, it works out of the box for all DEs. But AFAIK it only works between Linux machines.

Taking the first error, it seems it's looking for QCOMUTIL.dll. What if you try to rename it to respect this specific case (XXX.yyy)? Show us the file list and the Wine error, please.
