Re: Hide/make invisible bottom toolbar panel in Razor?

Are you wanting to have it automatically hide so it appears only when you move your mouse towards the bottom of the screen or remove it completely? Thanks for reply! Just for it to act like Mint and Puppy panels by ducking out of sight after mouse leaves it because one always needs toolbar for cont...

Re: Hide/make invisible bottom toolbar panel?

Hi jimwg! Of course we can do all that, but you must state which desktop are you using, so we can help you... Thanks for your lightning reply! I am using Razor QT 5.2 on Porteus 2.1. I would've used XFCE like in Mint but Razor seems a nice compromise between that and KDE if it was indeed designed f...

Can Desktops Be Assigned Own Wallpaper Image?

Greetings! I'd like to know whether Porteus desktops can have their own unique wallpaper when you switch desktops? I'm not a programmer, but a user at Linux Mint forums said that with slight modification this might work on Porteus: #!/bin/bash # The Poor Man's Desktop/Workspace solution (version 2) ...

Hide/make invisible bottom toolbar panel in Razor?

Greetings!

Thanks!

Wow, I thought Porteus was one of the forums that most certainly did not act in this arrogant way. If you find examples (where the OP didn't intentionally ruff...

Also we're clueless exactly how to find the downloaded module and where the ...

A Newbie Nutshell Way To Install OpenOffice and Java

Greetings! I am a Linux newbie and a Mac refugee and I was just dabbing in Puppy when I just discovered Porteus (32bit Razor) and I LIKE what I see and would like to spread it through our home school. I wish to use OpenOffice on it, though if that's too complicated to install I'll settle for LibreOf...
