Re: libkde -> libtde

Hi brokenman, thanks for the tip.
I'd be really glad if you were able to compile kmymoney and pinentry-qt (to use kmymoney gpg encryption feature).
Thanks.

libkde -> libtde

Since now all kde libraries starts with libtde e libqt3 libraries are libtqt3 , how can i make old compiled apps work?
I can hexedit and rename the references to libkde to libtde with no problems . But rename libqt to libtqt will change the file size so the executable will segfault.

Re: "Untrackable" cheatcode should be implemented

@colchaodemola Im running from a loopback because i got a few fs corruption not long ago , and since iso is readonly everything appears be ALWAYS ok. xzm modules are also read-only so corruption should not happen untill you use 'changes=' cheatcode. none works. Never finds the image :/ show us your...

Re: "Untrackable" cheatcode should be implemented

Yeah thats a tricky configuration. Why running from a loopback? linux (loop)/boot/vmlinuz from_iso=$isofile ramdisk_size=6666 root=/dev/ram0 rw copy2ram noauto autoexec=xconf Not sure but i am assuming you are using Porteus v1.0. If you are using Porteusv1.1 then remove the ramdisk reference and tr...

Re: Porteus "encrypter"/cryptoloop Broken!!

Well, i'd love to see the ability to aumount luks encrypted devices in porteus. All my external drives have a small encrypted partition where i put critical files, and everytime i boot porteus i need to manually mount. In ubuntu i just plug and ubuntu asks me for the password , and automount it ... ...

Re: Save KDE resolution

Welcome! Try removing 'xconf;' from your boot commands, so the autoexec portion reads 'autoexec=telinit~4'. Your changes are getting undone by xconf, which doesn't seem to be autoconfiguring your resolution properly. I do not use xconf on my boot parameters , i just use telinit~4. Even without rebo...
