It works with my system also. But booting is not faster. :(
For me did not change the restart time, 14s with large rootcopy folder.
I use i5-3320M 8GB ssd ext2. LXDE module.

I tested here on a I5-3320M 8GB SSD ext2.
Full boot in 7 seconds, programs starting very fast. :)
