Forum Censorship and Hypocrisy...

Please cite these posts or thread where you say that there is offense to you. I will look at it and see what can be done. Open dispute on the forum is not desirable neither for you and neither for the community.

Please provide the complete error message. We would be happy to give you full access to usm. Are you working with porteus v.4 or v.5?

JAVA on Porteus How Installing it ?????

@otan:
I imagine that there is not so much more to do to get it as a module with export PATH=$PATH:/place/with/the/file
https://opensource.com/article/17/6/set-path-linux
And then right click on the directory to convert it with dir2xzm into a module.

Maybe these reflexions on donald and brokenman about changes folder could be very helpful to you. Porteus is really an extraordinary linux distribution.

There is no comparative.

It happens that an installation gets corrupted. If you have installed your softwares in the form of modules in /porteus/modules, they will survive. Also, you can save the data files from your changes folder on another media.

Then just start with a new change folder.

VR use for psychological disorders, not only height phobia

I would not write that alternative medicine is all crap. Alternative medicine could be proved to be efficatious. A lot of the actual pharmacotherapy is based on medicinal plant knowledge, and the pharmacological industry is looking for these molecules. As you are an engineer, I was a biologist forme...

VPN on each end: is it secure for teleconferencing like Zoom.

Thanks for that short answer Donald. This is what is said with a little more details in this short video on VPN: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMScV1Mkaok VPN would not be more secure than ISP (internet service providers). Where the government forces VPN software by law to provide the information,...
