Porteus en français: sommes nous si peu ou inexistants?
Salut françois,
Je serai tenté de dire que nous sommes habitués à parler en anglais, car même si le français est très beau, l'anglais reste, à mon humble avis, plus simple à comprendre/parler.

Problem at reboot with kernel 4.19.2
I think this comes from the fact that working kernel has been compiled with a patched GCC (with retpoline patch) and yours doesn't have that patch. Don't you have a large storage ? Had a similar issue at work where systemd was timing out when mounting all partitions in fstab.

Get his .config and compare if with diff tool. That's the most viable way to get sorted.

You should be aware that PayPal can suspend at anytime your account because you're receiving "too much money" without being registered as a company/organization/whatever.

Which VPN provider do you recommend?
Just a few tips.
1) Better to use a low-level terminal like xterm to avoid memory leaks.
2) If your VPN provider is working on a username/password challenge, you can use a plain text and update your ovpn config with "auth-user-pass" to avoid to retype your password at each login.

Dear neko,
What about uploading your config onto a public Git repository such as Gitlab / Github / whatever ? It may be more readable for everyone.
Thanks.
