i'm using LXDE porteus 3.0, usb frugal install using grub4dos on fat32. how do i temporarily switch desktop environment from LXDE to XFCE (or any other). is it ok to dump the modules in the /porteus/base folder? i would prefer to edit boot parameters rather then use scripts. thanks.
