64bit and 32bit in one boot?

i'll keep this short. Is it possible to configure porteus.cfg in order to be able to shoose between a 32bit distro and a 64bir one, if yes, how if not, why??? i dont really want to use another multiboot... if i can avoid it...

Yesterday i added a LogiLink PC0043 sound card into my 7yo pc (that i want to use as an htpc),since the mobo doesen't have any audio on its own. Ii reinstalled porteus and it didn't work, also tried always fresh mode (copy to ram) but i juat couldn't get it to work :s

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the fast response!

When I try to close the window after running the commands you gave me it tells me there's a bash command running... I waited for 20 minutes it was still the same :s

I still do have one question, why should i use ext2 and ext4? I would think that ext4 is a newer version... Or is it just different?

Thanks for the fast responses! :) Blaze, that's a great solution for my own pc, the problem is that this is the flash drive i always take with me and use on other pcs, for example my school and the computers of other people i know, so i can't install this app on every single pc i want to use the fla...
