Filemanager Choice in WebWizard?

could we have a choice for Filemanagers in the Web Wizard, just like for browsers?

that would be great.

I am no big fan of Rox and prefer pcmanfm or thunar like in the old release..

Re: Porteus 3.0 final feedback

suggestion for the omine download-wizard.. would it be possible to select a preferred filemanager on the wizard just like I select Browsers?

would be awesome if you could implement that!

Re: Software i would like to have on Porteus :D

my 2 cents.. Pinta is not very reliable and messes up the layers if you use any.
would be great if this gets fixed by the pinta project.. it is less capable, but more intuitive than gimp.

Re: Puppy To Porteus Migration -- Someday Auto?

excuse me if I made it look too trivial. you have to find the config files you want on both of your systems and replace them. I did not intend to recommend to just copy over the whole /home/.config folder content - just pointed out how to find the files. and obviously you should use the same program...

Re: Puppy To Porteus Migration -- Someday Auto?

file manager setting can be taken over if you use the same in puppy as in porteus
xfce settings should also be doable.

press ctrl+H to show hidden files in your home-folder. the xfce and filemanager settings/configs should show up. copy over and you should be good.

Re: New forum theme. Love it, hate it.

i like it. matches the website style better. the old one looked kind of dated.
I can read it well, but a little darker background for those who can not would not hurt.
is it possible to have a option for switching to a darker theme?

Re: Feedback and Bug Reports for Porteus v2.1 RC1

the Porteus-installer-for-linux.com asks for my root password, but does not accept it on debian/crunchbang linux - I can make my live usb only bootable by going to windows.

Re: Feedback and Bug Reports for Porteus v2.1 RC1

Porteus 2.1 LXDE - bug in pcmanfm: I rightclick on an archive, and "extract here" does nothing. have to open the file with the archive manager or use "extract to.." - would be cool to see when I use pcmanfm in superuser-mode - window is just the same. Porteus Settings Centre - Boot Options ... "Read...
