Re: [SCRIPT] Select Default Sound Card (set device order)
Hi Ahau
I tried the script, it showed my 3 cards, when I selected the default it said it failed to set it, after that there were no soundcards. I will email you the output of the script.

Hi All
Slackware 14 is out and I see no posts mentioning it, there were some when one of the rc got released and some modules made but things have been really quite here lately is everyone too busy? What are the plans for the next version of porteus?

Re: Subversion v1.7.6 (or any release of 1.7)

As long as java is installed it should work fine just download unzip and run as far as I can remember there were no depende...

Re: Saving Changes "The Brutal Way"
what I normally do is map the hope directory to a /mnt/sda1/home or something writable I do this in /etc/passwd and make a module for it, now that I think of it it could be a really handy cheatcode to say roothome=/mnt/sda1/myhomes/root or homepath=/mnt/sda1/homes for guest or other users, just not ...

Re: no auto login
Hi brokenman Not exactly, the code I sent was exactly the solution I wanted, the thing that was bugging me was lack of consistency i.e. there is a cheatcode for root and none for guest but no way nor neither. In my opinion t it should be toroot, toguest and nothing for login screen but since the oth...
