Monoprice 15483 not able to calibrate

I am trying to use a Monoprice 15483 touch screen monitor and when I enable touch screen calibration it gives me a message "action cancelled: no calibratable devices found". It displays fine but does not support touch.

Please advise.

Tomasz Jokiel replied to the upload of my debug log and suggested that I needed to use the USB from the monitor to enable touch events. I was using a VGA cable and when I attached the USB to the computer and rebooted the touch screen worked with porteus-kiosk.
