Kate

After PPM GUI

Code: Select all

guest@porteus:~$ ls p10/tmp/Por/tmp/kate-4.10.5
clucene-2.3.3.4-i486-2.xzm libiodbc-3.52.8-i486-1_slack14.1.xzm rasqal-0.9.30-i486-1.xzm
db44-4.4.20-i486-3.xzm mariadb-5.5.37-i486-1_slack14.1.xzm redland-1.0.16-i486-1.xzm
kate-4.10.5-i486-1.xzm mhash-0.9.9.9-i486-3.xzm rekonq-2.4.0/
libaio-0.3.109-i486-1.xzm raptor2-2.0.9-i486-1.xzm tk-8.6.1-i486-1.xzm
Using Dolphin activated each separately. Started Kate from menu, but crashed while loading.

Rekonq & K3B have seven files in common with Kate:

Code: Select all

guest@porteus:~$ ls /tmp/mods/kkk_xzm
libaio-0.3.109-i486-1.xzm mhash-0.9.9.9-i486-3.xzm redland-1.0.16-i486-1.xzm
libiodbc-3.52.8-i486-1_slack14.1.xzm raptor2-2.0.9-i486-1.xzm
mariadb-5.5.37-i486-1_slack14.1.xzm rasqal-0.9.30-i486-1.xzm
So, merging together in one directory (should work?)

Code: Select all

root@porteus:/home/guest# ls /tmp/mods/kkk_xzm|xargs -i xzm2dir /tmp/mods/kkk_xzm/{} /tmp/mods/kkk

Looks like PPM GUI does not resolve all dependencies automatically, but depends on a higher level of user savvy.
