categories of tasteful wallpaper (bis or so)
There is a need to get really nice wallpapers. The sites for such images are not always equal in quality and there is even in the good ones a quite variable span of tasty pictures. I propose that you share within this post the links that you have found for your favorite wallpapers. You could also list you favorite wallpaper site.
Try to present images that are as big as possible so that they could cover widescreens (1900 x 1200 or more)
I will classify the wallpapers that you propose under one of the following categories:
-sunset and sunrise
-mountains
-countryside
-seashore
-animal
-plants
-cities and buildings
-figurative art
-modern art
Providing feedback on the wallpapers is welcome.

Re: categories of tasteful wallpaper (bis or so)
^ First link u/s. Got me into google search. Second bit better, but what I really meant as example was the kde5 wallpaper, the one with the quill. Wall paper does not need to be kde5, but just soft light pastel/s.

Glad you like it.
For now I'm doing well with @Neko's APorteus Budgie builds. I find them fairly easy to build up new modules rather than SLAX minimalistic apt+savechanges approach. I've tried Nemesis, and I hope it will be finally released as well.
I'm keeping an eye to the ARTIX develepment too.
OPENRC, pacman, and a repository of localised modules would be amazing.
BTW you should try the workflow offered by whiskermenu in XFCE. After dealing with many basic applications, I finally abandoned that practice and found it faster to start applications from the menu.
For a while I have replicated the way I worked in XFCE until I completely migrated to Budgie and I feel truly satisfied
Brisk menu is fast and responsive. Start typing an app name, press return once you see it at top list... Bang.
In addition, you can pin your favourite apps to the panel (which can be hidden conveniently), although this is not as appealing as Plank.
Cheers!
