Alien builds some not in slackware repository software for slackware.
LibreOffice 3.4.4: http://alien.slackbook.org/blog/libreoffice-3-4-4/

Basically you need 2 things; libreoffice and java runtime environment(jre)
jre is in the official slackware repository: http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackw ... i586-1.txz
libreoffice 3.4.4 in alien repository: http://connie.slackware.com/~alien/slac ... 2alien.txz

Also you can browse the http://connie.slackware.com/~alien/slac ... pkg/13.37/ directory to find localization packages.

I reccomend you convert them to xzm (using txz2xzm command or right click menus provided) and place in modules directory to save space compared to if you were just going to install them to your changes directory which would take up a hell of a lot more space.

hi 326bd935 with the package linked by me you can choose the language of your country if different from english, and the build is in your native language.

I was looking for a x86_64 version of libre office. I tried to use the link you provided, but it is no more valid. Is it possible to update it?
