how to install .deb package on porteus 3.1

is it possible install .deb package in porteus? deb2xzm gave me warining, also cant find this /tmp directory

it says , package installed, so how can i make it work?
do i have to run ' activate ' and relocate it to porteus/optional?
again, cant find installation directory

yes it was created on desktop, should it be moved to porteus/optional?
bcz its not working whats the sequnce of commands should be to make it called by system, by enetring 'mullvad'?

It needs to be in "porteus/modules" then reboot.

so i did as u said, and there is a mullvad command now in /usr/bin
but when entered it brings up error "no such file or dir"
