Fatal error in downloading the database update

I have gotten this error repeatedly with both the 64 and 32 bit versions of Porteus 3.1. The text of the error is below.

Also, on this computer (an Asus X200M), running Porteus Chrome crashes. It starts with the wiggly icon, but then I find that I am logged out and it asks me for my password.
On a more powerful computer using the same flashdisk, Chrome runs fine. However I still got the same database update error.

What can I do to overcome this?

Try later, use Porteus Fresh Boot Mode.
