Hi, i'm back with a new problem :(
i've already installe porteus 2 version 64 in my notebook and it's impressive, really fast and nice to use too.
My pc sometimes swtitchoff without any reason and at the reboot i always lost porteus package manager, i mean that
all the installed modules are mounted and run but if i try to run ppm it doesn't run. Ppm crash and if i try to start it
by terminal i have no response (still nothing happen and i have no error result on terminal).
Is any way to have the ppm package so i can try to update and install it?

This is a problem. If you are running in 'save changes' then you most probably have corruption. Please try to start in 'always fresh mode' to see if your changes are corrupt. Also PPM leaves a lock file at /tmp/.ppmlock. Make sire this is deleted.

thanks for your reply, in always fresh mode it loads the added modules the only problem is just ppm, so you mean that if the next time it will happen i will fix the problem just deleting /tmp/.ppmlock ? Now i can't try cause i have done a fresh installation

No i can't say for sure this will fix the problem. If PPM quits suddenly, it is possible it can leave this file in place and you can't start it again. Normally you would see a message telling you to delete the file anyway.

I forgot to ask what version of Porteus are you using?

i use v2 64bit
i think some file was corrupted during installation cause even if i login in always fresh mode it still load the added modules
so i download again and check md5 then i will try to install it again
by the way first of all i'm going to ckeck in the bios the critical temperature settings and move it to 70°
i will let you known
