I am wondering how to get Java to work in Firefox as a Plugin?
Using 1.1 RC2

use PPM to download jre with all dependencies (you will have to update /opt/ppm/LIBS.TXT and PACKAGES.TXT manually).

But how to put the downloaded file in the usb stick "modules" folder so it also can be used with a pc with no internet available ?

You have to put it in rootcopy OR filesystem when Porteus is running with saved changes.
