replace kde apps to gtk apps for next porteus !

New features which should be implemented in Porteus; suggestions are welcome. All questions or problems with testing releases (alpha, beta, or rc) should go in their relevant thread here, rather than the Bug Reports section.

Does that need the Gnome dependencies?

Since LXDE would be at its best without KDE, Gnome or XFCe dependencies...

And then there might be folks who want to use Libre Office (the "new name" for Open Office)

I still suggest we find dependency-less replacements for some tools in KDE, and leave it to the user what kind of Office he wants to use, like: Libre Office, or GnomeOffice or just Abiword...

Any ideas what could be used as screenshot utility? I sure like the KDE one, but want it only without the KDE dependencies... :D
Cheers!
Yours Rava
