Grub 2.0 released - will we use it in P.?

New features which should be implemented in Porteus; suggestions are welcome. All questions or problems with testing releases (alpha, beta, or rc) should go in their relevant thread here, rather than the Bug Reports section.

Grub 2.0 released - will we use it in P.?

Hello all,

I just heard that the bootloader Grub was recently released in it's version 2.0 -
so I ask: Shall we use Grub 2 in Porteus?

Not for the next release but perhaps we can look at it for the V2.0
How do i become super user?
Wear your underpants on the outside and put on a cape ... or boot to root
