FreeCad-0.13 for Porteus 2.1

Hi!
I had posted FreeCad for Porteus 1.2 last year. The FreeCad team has made some progress and we also bumped our Porteus to 2.1, so here is the version that runs ok, now.
The 07-printing module is needed (it has Python) and must be activated before the FreeCad stack is activated (so sip-4.13 of 07-printing will get overwritten by sip-4.14 of FreeCad!)
