pulseaudio with (i hope so) all depends. I was needed it for the Software Defined Radio Transreciever 'Qt-Radio'
but Qt-Radio was not working. In general it works.

So i never understand the audio configuration in Linux it is very difficult for this reason dont ask me for it.

I use it together with some Software Defined Radio Transreciever stuff, so it can be happen that some depends are missed, in this case write here.

Thanks. I downloaded the .gz, unzipped, activated all the modules.
However, Skype still refuses to make a sound or make any audio device other then "Virtual Device" available.
When trying to start from the command line I get:

guest@porteus:~$ skype --help
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Daemon startup failed.

Even after I have executed

pulseaudio --system

as root.
Weird.

Pls update your Porteus version to 3.1 final and download skype.xzm.
It has the pulseaudio included.
