Hi please someone help me to install calibration settings on my porteus i am trying sins 6 months bu no result
i already used all manuals from all forums and documentations but it wont work for me
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

hi agiannakidis,

it's hard to guess what model you have so please run 'psinfo' command -> upload generated report to pastebin.com and link here.
please also provice output of 'cat /proc/input/bus/devices' command.

here is the calib settings i get from ubuntu for this screen
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "calibration"
MatchProduct "IDEACO# IDC 6681"

very good.
so now please create /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/99­calibration.conf file and save these values there.
if you are running without persistence then please save this file in /rootcopy or in a module.

after a reboot everything should be ok. if not then please provide requested info.

i made that and it is not working

i have created a file in \porteus\rootcopy\etc\X11\xorg.conf.d\99-calibration.conf
and i put the settings there but not working

please some one any solution?

Im using porteus desctop edition the last version i downloaded from porteus wesite i am trying to calibrate touch screen
But is not working i have tried the above option but no effect no result what other info i need to post?
