Help with Lumina DE

Post#1 by fulalas » 28 Jun 2017, 02:42

I'm trying to create a module for the new Lumina 1.3.1 desktop, but I can't get session to start. The only feedback I got from the terminal is this:

Code: Select all

Starting the Lumina desktop on current X11 session: ":0"
 - Resetting monitor configuration to last-used settings
 - ID: "VGA-0" Current Geometry: "800x600+0+0"
 Create new Screen entry: "VGA-0" "800x600+0+0"
 - Starting the session...
Watch Files for changes: "wm" ("/root/.config/lumina-desktop/fluxbox-init", "/root/.config/lumina-desktop/fluxbox-keys")
Finished Closing Down Lumina
xinit: connection to X server lost

waiting for X server to shut down (II) Server terminated successfully (0). Closing log file.
Anyone has an idea for fixing this issue? Here's the module:

EDITED: nevermind. I've figured out that some libs were missing, so now session has started succefully. I'll upload a working module soon :good:

@fulalas
The following module will be added, and then ISO will boot.

Thanks.

@neko, thanks! But I've already fixed it. :)

By the way, what you think about Lumina?

@fulalas
I have created it on APorteus.
(The uploaded module for you was parts of it.)
I have not test it enough.
So, I don't have a good comment about it.

Thanks.

You both are getting really fast at putting out modules.

:Bravo: :good:
