Even if LXqt still are beta or not, it is more stable than KDE in my computer, but
Xfce also seems to have issues now in 3.1, and Mate and I ,,was not compatible/ not ready for me,
LX Qt seems almost OK, but of course still not as good as LXDE 3.01 are right now.
High cpu load and I run in to OOM-issues also, just as the others have too, but LXDE dont..
I read that they have actually NOT stopped to fix and Maintain LXDE, just that some developers focus now on Qt, But one/some LXDE-devs seems still be going strong on the old stabile one)
( So stability now seems less good, in all the active desktops we have, when compared to the last LXDE 3.01-Porteus.
-Can we maybe try to update also the LXDE-module, just so it can work OK again with the others new 3.1 base-modules and so on?
Is that even doable without very large amount of work?
I actually have tried to run the LXDE-module together with the rest of the all new 3.1-packages in base-folder ( to get latest bash-fixes and new october-Openssl) , that did not go so well,
The old LXQT 3.01 setup with the new Firefox&flash-module seems to work better/ or very good,
But LXDE also looses the changes/Firewall sometimes. (saved as session-changes in the porteus/modules/ - folder )

.
In 3.1 it seems to be:
