Disable Tabs

Here you can post about the issues related to modifications performed manually (not through the kiosk wizard). Example: swapped kernel, added 3rd party modules or files.
Please describe in detail what has been changed and hopefully other kiosk user will be able to help.
Porteus team wont resolve bugs posted in this category as we support only modifications made by the kiosk wizard.

Hi all !

I need some advise for a configuration.

I have chrome browser and i need to disable tabs, but i need to keep the navigation bar available.

It's possible ?
I can use some "remote loaded setting" or i have to made a costumized iso ?

Hello BlackCat,

I dont think this is possible with Chrome. Perhaps you could disable navigation bar completely and use some extension to have navigation buttons visible on the screen? Alternatively you could use conky theme with back/forward buttons to emulate key press (xdotool) when you click on them.
