modifing 003-settings.xzm

hello.
when i change some files on 003-settings.xzm
the firefox profile cannot be loaded
what i change is userChrome.css locate on /home/guest/.mozilla/firefox/cp3pp43bg.default/chrome
that file not modifiy able?
