We used Porteus Kiosk v.4.0
Is it possible to change the key combination to change layout from "Ctrl + space" to other, for example "Ctrl + SHIFT" or "ALT + SHIFT"?

I dont think openbox can accept 'Alt+Shift' as key combination. Please remaster kiosk installation ISO as per this doc:

unsquash 003-settings.xzm, edit /etc/xdg/openbox/rc.xml and change existing key combination to your preferred one.
