Hi,
PKE is what i need, but i have a problem.
My web opens a new tab with a PDF doc, so i can print that.
But, this new tab is autoclosing at the moment it is open.
How can i keep this tab open?
Thanks.

hi gesnazo,
this is weird behavior. definitely should not happen.
a) is this website public so i could try to recreate this problem on my PC?
b) does other PDF's behave the same? please try on this one:

thanks

I have just discovered the problem:
Firefox show right 'Portable Document Format' files, but my web creates a 'Adobe Acrobat Document' file.
I can see them in de Applications section. First of them can be opened with Preview in Firefox, but the seconds needs an external program (adobe acrobat).
How can i install adobe acrobat?

How can i install adobe acrobat?
please follow official kiosk documentation:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/kiosk-customization.html
http://porteus-kiosk.org/modules.html
if you stuck somewhere for a long time then i could do this customization for you through the commercial 'Customized Builds' service:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/builds.html
thanks

Now i have installed AdobeReader9.xzm, but it is not working because missing commands (pwd and dirname).
I have found 'pwd' in bash PATH, but 'dirname' is missing.

so you know what to do.
you have to add all missing pieces to get Adobe Reader working in kiosk.
