no "Suspend to RAM" in KDE4 ? [Solved]

It seems like there is no "Suspend to RAM" in KDE4 ? If you open a terminal, become root and type pm-suspend it will work but ...

I used the power button on the lower right corner of the system tray - when you eventually get a choice to suspend to RAM somehow the option changes itself to restart. The more obvious route in your screen shot works fine. thanks.
