Booting stops when loading KDE [SOLVED]

I've had this same behavior at least with 1.0, 1.1 rc2, 1.1 and if I remember correctly 0.9 but I'm not sure about that anymore.

When I boot to default KDE loading stops at "Initializing system services". It doesn't hang just blinks that icon and disappears after about minute or two and leaves only that blue background.

I can restart X and in kdm log in to LXDE. It works but every time I open KDE application kconf_update uses 100% of my CPU but if I kill that process, application that I tried to open at first comes up and seems to work normally.

My log files
dmesg http://pastebin.com/E5zjrWhH
messages http://pastebin.com/kP1HKBA5
syslog http://pastebin.com/hJg9b5jV

Once I tried log in in console mode and when I shutdown X it reported something about that it couldn't connect to kdeinit. But my console skills are not that good that I could provide whole log about it. But i will look more deeply if there is any help.

I have been using 64 bit versions and they work fine. As I said this has been an issue before but I haven't really bothered to look it closely until now when 1.1 released. This time I really did everything by the book but no success. No error with install and MD5 sums were fine.

see this thread: http://porteus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=968
and download the latest nVidia driver, as linked in fanthom's thread on the second page of that thread. Let us know if this doesn't help.

Thanks!

It seems to work.

Can't believe I read that post about an hour ago but didn't pay attentions to details.

Sorry about this thread. Can be deleted.
