LAN not working on ASRock E350M1 with Realtek 8111E.
Is there any solution?

You need to compile following driver:
https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/net-misc/r8168

Its kernel dependent so i would recommend 'customized builds' service:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/builds.html

Problem solved.
Ethernet cable was broken.
