[not4n00bs] ...A Better "libc"

It's no secret I favor Musl over glibc because like Google's Bionic it is immune to browser exploits like Return-to-libc attack and Stack buffer overflow see... https://security.googleblog.com/2016/02/cve-2015-7547-glibc-getaddrinfo-stack.html?m=1 Although... Seriously or "FUD"?

This is why I do development (hardened compiling) on Libreboot (X200 w/out ME).

I'm giving up on porteus

But there are lots of Python dependencies that are not solved by USM I use depfinder to resolve deps. It will return a missing dep error(s) and lists all installed deps. I use the USM for unhardened bundles. But depfinder when compiling hardened deps of deps. Check it out... @ http://depfinder.sour...

EDE 2.1 for Porteus 3.2.2 (DE)

I'm saying could you post your version.

I've already done it (with a different WM) just like XFCE...
EDE has a config file. Simply change "pekwm" to "oroborus".

However... my version is the bloated lazy man's version on top of XFCE.

I tried to use unetbootin from linux mint to install to USB, but it didn't work.
The USM does not download "syslinux" by default which along with Qt are required Unetbootin deps. :unknown:

A Pek (and/or Joe's) WM alternative?

Finally... the race to beat Tiny Core Linux @ their own game begins :worthy: I've been waiting 3yrs for this ;) What would you say if I give you a scalped qt5-5.9.2 module down to 19 Mb (instead of 91 Mb)? And it works! I would say... "sounds like a plan" if the DE module included "Unetbootin" w/sys...
